Annual Neighborhood Breakfast ... Saturday, July 4 ... 8:30 am ... Mill Hollow Park
"The doctrine of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints centers on the family. Essential to our doctrine on the family is the temple. The ordinances received there enable us to return as eternal families to the presence of our Heavenly Father."
President Dallin H. Oaks

No, but the facility in our Stake Center on Short Hills Drive is official, meaning it receives funding from Church Headquarters. It has been an official Family Search Center for many years. The facility in the Butler Hill Building has never been an official Family Search Center, hence the name Family History Learning Center.
When the Salt Lake Butler and Salt Lake Wasatch Stakes combined in 2025 to become the Cottonwood Heights Utah Butler Stake, the Butler Hill facility became the sole responsibility of the Butler Hill Ward for both funding and support.
